After you have completed the "FORM" click on the 'Submit by Email' box in the upper right-hand corner of the form. The KTIregForm.xml Email browser window will open and you need to just send the Email off by clicking on the "send button" (ususally upper left corner). Once sent, the "FORM" window will be visable again and you can print or close it because you have completed KTI MEMEBERSHIP Registration.
